AFFILIATE MANAGER
(1) Current Opening

As Affiliate Manager, you will be managing existing relationships with publishing partners as well as building new business relationships in this multi-million affiliate marketing industry. You will also be working with a team to coordinate marketing solutions for top brands, analyze campaign performance, and create digital performance strategies.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Work with existing affiliate clients and recruit new ones;
  • Manage multiple affiliate campaigns;
  • Be responsible for partner’s budget;
  • Risk management;
  • Consult with clients on their marketing needs;
  • Manage the Contract/IO process to ensure that all paperwork is properly completed;
  • Act as the first point of contact to clients and address client needs as needed;
  • Cultivate relationships with clients, gain deep insight into their business and ultimately provide solutions to their marketing and advertising goals;
  • Collections and invoicing reconciliation;
  • Update campaigns with payouts, creative and contact information;
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service;
  • Set and manage monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue growth;
  • Manage top tier accounts and develop affiliate contact management strategy;
  • Controlling traffic quality and volume;

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the affiliate marketing industry;
  • Proficient in English and Chinese language;
  • Able to work remotely;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Coachable, willing to learn and re-learn what you thought you knew;
  • Ability to plan work to meet deadlines and unexpected situations and/or requests;
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
  • Self-starter and work well within a team environment;
  • Ability to effectively manage and build client relationships;
  • Able to succeed in and enjoy a fast-paced, quick-witted environment;

Your focus includes analyzing campaign performance and crafting effective digital performance strategies for top brands.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Ensure seamless integration, robustness, and cost-effectiveness of all sales tools. The objective is to provide the sales team with scalable and flexible assets that deliver substantial value.
  • Equip sales teams with data and analytics to positively influence sales outcomes.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses, offering actionable insights to both marketing and sales teams.
  • Maintain efficient processes, accurate reports, and dashboards to empower sales managers in responding to market challenges and driving revenue growth.
  • Generate intelligent analyses from raw data to support sales growth.
  • Utilize sales operations analytics to provide factual answers for informed decision-making by the sales team.
  • Optimize lead flow quality and cost-effectiveness through the management of inbound/outbound lead generation technologies.
  • Define and execute processes for sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance sales team efficiencies and lead efforts to scale best practices across your vertical/sector.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 years proven track record in performance marketing/network/ mobile advertiser- or publisher sales
  • Owns high-level relationships with advertisers or publishers in various industries globally
  • Extremely self-motivated and passionate about the performance marketing industry
  • Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills
  • Excellent understanding of marketing measurement techniques, including familiarity with marketing attribution models, and KPI reporting
  • Self-directed and capable of managing multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Problem-solving and creative thinking skills
  • BA/BS specializing in Marketing, Finance, or Business preferred, with an MBA being a plus
  • Located in North America
